All Aspects of the Art Community Network at Free Artist Resource Fair

On February 4 Rialto Center for the Arts will be hosting an Artist Resource Fair for those involved with any part of the arts community to come and get advice, network and hopefully learn something new. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

From the press release:

Alternate ROOTS in collaboration with The Arts Exchange will host a day of networking for artists based in the metro Atlanta area.   The Artists Resource Fair will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 10:00am until 2:00pm at The Rialto located at 80 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA 30303.  The event is FREE and open to the public.  This event will bring artists in contact with other individual artists, nonprofit, governmental and commercial organizations that have services to offer to enhance their professional development.  The Artists Resource Fair will empower artists of all disciplines and be reflective of the diverse communities within metro Atlanta.  The event is made possible through the generous support of the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs.

The Artist Resource Fair is your "one-stop" event to network and and also exchange with other artists who are looking for collaborative partners.   During these challenging economic times, artists need support, there will be several on site Artists Experts who will be available to give one-on-one consultations to assist artists in finding avenues to continue to sustain their artistic lifestyles.
