Tokyo Police Club are coming to town and they want you to challenge them… to anything. Well, within reason:
“Challenge us to something. Anything. Ping pong. Baking. Mario. Nerf guns. Hockey. Unicycling. Catching grapes in your mouth. You name it. When we come to your town on tour we’ll make it happen. This summer, it’s on.”
It’s all in honor of their upcoming record, Champ, out next week. So get thinking and post your challenges below in the comments – the smartest, funniest, maddest idea will get chosen by the band, who will act on said challenge, and creators of the winning idea will get some goodies from the band, tickets to the show and more.

I challenge you all to a fun, outdoor event. Disc golf, frolf, frisbee golf, throwing identified flying objects…call it what you will I say unto you: Bring it on Tokyo Police Club! I can huck with the best of them.
I’d like to challenge them to a “you laugh, you lose” screening of The Room. You’re eliminated if you laugh out loud. Last person standing wins.
I propose a simple jumping jacks challenge between the band and fans during Passion Pit’s set at the Criminal Records in-store event. Everyone can do jumping jacks, and it’s fun(ny) to watch other people do jumping jacks.
The person who can continuously do jumping jacks for the longest wins. (We’ll have to decide if participants are allowed to pause in between songs.)
If the winner is a fan, he/she wins the concert tickets. If it’s a band member, he wins a gold star and a giant Pixy Stix. Everyone who participates gets a high five — there are no losers in this contest.
