What’s Up Thursday?
Happy first day of December! ‘Tis the Season to do fun stuff! Tonight there is a sleigh full of activities to do, so pick one and get your booty out there!
-Carolina soul man, Anthony Hamilton, is gracing us with his presence at Center Stage, but hopefully you bought in advance, cause this show is sold out!
-Over at The Earl, it’s a triple whammy with Cory Branan and special guests, Ben Trickey and The Meeks Family.
-My favorite little darling, and former The Voice contestant, Rebecca Loebe will be captivating crowds at Eddie’s Attic as part of the Arlington Priest’s Holiday Show!
-You know that guy with the curly hair who raises a bunch of money for children’s charities every year? No, I am talking about Ronald McDonald! Our dear friend Josh Rifkind will be playing with Justin Kerenyi and Sanjay Kothari as part of their Songs For Kids Foundation at Smith’s Olde Bar.
-For the tween in us all ( or at least where we hope they are being dropped off!) Demi Lavato and We the Kings will be hoping not to split their skinny jeans at the Cobb Energy Centre.
-If whiplash is what you are looking for, catch Staind at The Tabernacle, where there surely will be some disgruntled folks.
-The residency continues for Canada’s The Trews who will be rocking it out in the Atlanta Room in Smith’s Olde Bar.
-The Breeze Kings have won Creative Loafing’s Best Blues Band in Atlanta award eight years in a row, and were top 10 finalists at the 2005 IBC competition in Memphis, Tenn. See them for a FREE SHOW at The Northside Tavern.
