What’s the first gig you ever attended?
The first show I saw was Leo Kottke in a little town called Geelong in Australa. There was only about 50 people there and I was about 8 years old, it was nice to reflect on it with Leo himself a few years ago when we played at Red Rocks together. He wrote a note to my Dad thanking him for bringing me out to the show all those years earlier.
What is the best gig that you ever played/performed?
There is too many too mention so so many beautiful shows, opening for Neil Young in Portugaul at a festival was pretty special.
What is the best gig you have ever seen?
Can’t answer that sorry too many great shows!
What is the gig you would most like to play?
A gig that would ensure the protection of all sacred land in Australia from Mining.
What would be the lineup for your dream gig?
Hendrix, Neil Young, Midnite, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Natalie Merchant, Yothu Yindi, Nina Simone. That wouldn’t be a bad days music!
