Although Linger draws comparisons to Brit rock bands such as Muse and Radiohead, the Atlanta band brings other elements, such as electronic beats, to create a unique & refreshing sound of its own. The band, which has been around since 2001, consists of lead singer/guitarist Cregg Gibson, bassist Stevie Monce, and drummer Jeremy Cole. The three members have been making waves around the local Atlanta scene, playing shows at local staples Vinyl, 10 High, Velvet Underground, and more. Linger is known for their full sound and solid live show, bounding with energy.

Linger has recently finished their forthcoming CD. The CD release party will take place Saturday June 12 at the Velvet Underground (Hard Rock Cafe') with Homeroom & Avenge Vegas. Doors are at 9pm.
