The second single from Avril Lavigne's 'Under My Skin' will be the Butch Walker penned 'My Happy Ending '. Walker, the former frontman for The Marvelous 3 , was signed to Arista Records as a solo artist after his band broke up and became a labelmate of Lavigne's. In 2002, he released the solo album 'Left of Self-Centered'. Since then, he has become better known as a producer and songwriter. Avril collaborated with various songwriters for the new album, most notably former Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody, who co-wrote 'Nobody's Home' with her. Butch will release his new album 'Letters' (tentatively due August 24) on his own imprint of Epic Records. www.butchwalker.com
