Interpol and Swervedriver members present their new band @ The Earl

It has been tagged "a sonic marriage of two indie heavyweights."  Sam Fogarino of Interpol and Adam Franklin of Swervedriver have come together to form the new side project Magnetic Morning.  TheMagnetic morning   group's debut LP A.M.was released digitally on October 21st, and they will be ending their current tour with a final performance at The Earl on Monday November 10th.

Fogarino had been coming up with musical ideas for such a project before he joined Interpol, but was having trouble finding the perfect collaborator to bring the idea to fruition.  His meeting with Adam Franklin was the catalyst that set Magnetic Morning in motion.  The band has a sound which Alternative Press says is, "dark, but never sinks under the weight of its melancholy."
