With the support of the University of Georgia, our community partners, and many, many more locally owned businesses, we are offering a 6-day festival in Athens, GA in April.

April 5-6 Festival On Ponce Olmsted Linear Park The Festival on Ponce is an Atlanta arts and crafts festival set in the historic park, Olmsted Linear Park. Visitors will enjoy the gorgeous landscape designed by one of America’s most celebrated landscape architects, Fredrick Olmsted Sr., along with over 125 displays of fine arts and crafts, folk and “outsider art”. Attendance is free.
April 11-13 Atlanta Dogwood Festival Piedmont Park An Atlanta staple for more than 75 years, there is something for everyone at the Atlanta Dogwood Festival. Virtually every kind of art imaginable is represented at the festival, with a nationally renowned-juried Fine Artist Market that includes sculpture, paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography and much more.

April 25-27 CounterPoint Music Festival Kingston Downs in Rome, Ga CounterPoint Music Festival is an outdoor music festival held at the beautiful property of Kingston Downs in Rome, Georgia. CounterPoint is a 3-day rain-or-shine event with camping. CounterPoint 2014 will feature more than 4 stages and a multitude of performers from all over the world.

May 23-25, 2014 Atlanta Jazz Festival Piedmont Park Atlanta Jazz Festival is regarded as one of the largest FREE jazz festivals in the country. An annual celebration of the music, culture and art of jazz begins in April and culminates each Memorial Day weekend, with a 3-day festival featuring jazz artists from all over the world. It is FREE and open to the public.

August 23-24 Summer Shade Festival Grant Park The Summer Shade Festival is a thriving, two-day in town festival in historic Grant Park, organized by and benefitting the Grant Park Conservancy.
