99X Downtown Rocks free concert series has returned to
Underground Atlanta. Bands like Weezer, Garbage, Cake,
and more will headline the weekly shows during the Summer on Saturday
nights. Local bands like Second Shift, Red Letter Agent,
Linger, Trances Arc, and Subject2Change are also

 Well,
another year of Music Midtown has come and gone..We think we
saw some incredible bands, and we vaguely remember throwing a party at
the Masquerade unlike any other that Atlanta has seen with our
friends at Virgin Mobile, AddVice Marketing, and DJs
Kiss & Tell. The Killers decided to swing by to catch
DJ sets from the likes of Paul Banks of Interpol, Bloc Party,
Louis XIV, and She Wants Revenge. The highlight of the
night for us was when Bloc Party decided to raid the dance
stage, Kele (the lead singer) crowd surfed. We hope you had fun, and
judging by the photos of the aftermath, apparently we had fun as well.
