Interpol
| www.interpolnyc.com
Friday, 9:00-10pm 99X Stage
Interpol's haunting melodies have earned them worldwide acclaim,
opening slots for Coldplay and U2, and have landed them at the
forefront of new rock. With each return to Atlanta bigger than the
last, the New York hipsters are back and ready to captivate music
fans with songs like their new single, "C'mere."
Bloc
Party | www.blocparty.com
Saturday, 4:15-5:15pm 99X Stage
Vice Records' Bloc Party have created a huge buzz for themselves
with their debut album Silent Alarm. The band, who started
playing shows with Franz Ferdinand after an earnest letter from
their lead singer Kele, creates catchy, danceable songs that has won
over both critics and music fans alike.
Louis
XIV | www.louisxiv.net
Saturday, 3:00-3:45pm 99X Stage
Louis XIV incorporates glam rock influences (think David Bowie, Marc
Bolan) and blistering guitar riffs, creating unabashed songs
dedicated to their love of females on their debut full length The
Best Secrets Are Kept. Their appearance at Music Midtown marks
the band's last date on tour with The Killers.
The
Features | www.thefeatures.com
Saturday, 5:45-6:45 99X Stage
Sparta, TN natives The Features have been frequenting Atlanta over
the past years, playing clubs like Smith's Olde Bar and The EARL.
After opening slots for bands like Kings of Leon and Razorlight,
these quirky rockers are finally making their way to the Music
Midtown main stage.

Wants Revenge | www.shewantsrevenge.com
Saturday, 2:00-2:30pm 99X Stage
The Los Angeles based duo of She Wants Revenge are one of Fred
Durst's most recent signings to his Flawless Records imprint label,
but don't let that sway you from listening to them. The band has
been spreading their dancy yet brooding songs across the country
from their tour with Bloc Party.
Also make sure you
check out all the great bands on the Locals Only Stage this
weekend! To read up on all of them, check
out our feature.
