Singers, songwriters, and music lovers! Open Mic Monday is upon us! If you’re ready to showcase your skills or just listen to some smooth tunes, we definitely recommend checking out one of these open mic nights.

Songwriter’s Open Mic @ Eddie’s Attic

For over 19 years, Eddie’s Attic has hosted Atlanta’s premiere Songwriter’s Open Mic for the performing songwriter. National and local acts perform 2 songs each, with 3 finalists returning for a third song at the end of the evening for a chance to win a cash prize and a spot in the bi-annual, nationally acclaimed Open Mic Shootout. This is a great opportunity for up and coming talent to hone their skills and for listeners to see and meet tomorrow’s stars.

Tickets are $6. Table seats are $6.25 and must be purchased in multiples of 4. Doors open at 7pm. Online, phone and outlet sales close at 5pm.

Atlanta Songwriters Club Meet Up @ Redlight Café

The songwriters’ club is a bit like an open mic with a few key differences. This group exists for songwriter’s who would like to interact with other songwriters. It is similar to an open mic, but with the added benefit of discussion. If you’re a songwriter looking to connect with other songwriter’s and get some dialogue happening, this group is for you.

Entrance is $3 at the door. Show starts at 8pm. RSVP on Meetup.com.

Protip: Redlight Café also does Open Mic Night on Wednesdays!

Songwriter’s Open Mic @ Red Clay Theatre

This one is a little OTP in Duluth, but it’s a great venue and usually has a pretty decent turn-out for open mic. It’s also hosted by Eddie Owen of Eddie’s Attic, so it’s sure to be awesome!

Tickets are $5. Doors open at 7:30pm. Check it out here.
