What’s Up Tuesday?

-According to their Twitter, The Most Successful All Girl Rock Group of All Time (say that three times fast), the GoGo’s will be rocking it out with Tom Tom Club tonight at Chastain Amphitheater.  Spandex Shorts Are NOT Required.

-Irish+electronic= Shit Robot. Marcus Lambkin‘s project will be getting the party going down at the Masquerade. With collaborations with the likes of LCD Soundsystem and Hot Chip, this is guaranteed to be an interesting night.

-Don’t miss Peter Bradley Adams tonight at Eddie’s Attic; his music has appeared in 40-plus films and television shows including recent placements in CBS’ “The Mentalist,” CW’s “One Tree Hill,” ABC’s “Brothers and Sisters,” as well as the Miramax film, Everybody’s Fine. He has also toured with the likes of Lucinda Williams, Tracy Chapman, Lyle Lovett and Shelby Lynn, and has been called one of the “21st-century writers whose songs are worth exploring,” by the Wall Street Journal.

-If you are in East Atlanta at 529, make sure you get your earplugs out for Baltimore-based noise-punk quartet, Dope Body, who according to Pitchfork “embraces the signature sounds of the alternative nation, but uses pedals, loops, and off-kilter rhythms to pummel its teenage heroes into blurry abstraction.” The band will be joined by Hume and Feast of Violet.
