What’s Up Tuesday?

It’s back to the grind! But it is a new day, and there is lots to be excited about. Here are some choices for you to end out your day with.

-Indie rockers The Spring Standards are at Smith’s Olde Bar tonight, check back later for their 5GB!

-“Think gritty Bob Dylan meets old chain gang songs with a punk rock snarl.” – AltDaily . Phillip Roebuck is a Virginia-born songster and bare bones one-man band, and is playing Eddie’s Attic tonight with GA’s own Marshall Ruffin.

Craig Campbell is a proud reminder of one of country’s strongest creative periods, building on the early-’90s legacy established by some of the genre’s most successful figures: Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Clint Black and Travis Tritt. He is a regular at The Stage in Nashville, and is at Peachtree Tavern tonight bringing the twang with him.

-Grammy nominated, Dove Award winning, Jennifer Knapp has an impressive history including selling over one million albums with her previous releases Kansas (debut 1998), Lay It Down (2000), and The Way I Am (2001). She is the winner of 4 Dove Awards and has received 2 Grammy nominations. She is playing a late show tonight at Eddie’s Attic.

-If you find yourself near the Drunken Unicorn, stop in to check out Absence of Ocean w/ Carousel & The Palace Wolves.
