Brian Setzer’s Rockabilly Riot!

Brian Setzer brought his Rockabilly Riot to The Frederick Brown Jr Amphitheater in Peachtree City, Georgia Saturday night with opening act Miss Mary Ann and the Ragtime Wranglers. His set time was scheduled to start at nine but the eager Mr. Setzer graced the stage at 8:58 pm with Noah Levy on drums, Kevin McKendree on piano/guitar and Mark Winchester on bass.

Armed with his array of beautiful Gretsch guitars, he played his way through various Stray Cats songs such as “Stray Cat Strut” and “Rock This Town” as well as tributes to Louis Prima and Johnny Cash. The Fred made an area available in the pit to get your swing dance on but even if you were sitting in your seat you couldn’t help tapping your foot to the rockabilly beat.
