What’s Up Monday?

Happy Halloween Everyone! This is by far my most favorite holiday; nothing like dressing up, getting candy, and acting a little wild! For those of you who are not taking the little ones out trick-or-treating, here are some ghoulish events for adults.

-When a band tells you they are from Brooklyn, imagery of skinny jeans, and upturned noses generally enters the brain, and in general the music is so so. However The Drums, are actually a NYC band with balls. Check them out tonight at The Drunken Unicorn.

– It’s a little punk rock Halloween over at The Earl where, Puerto Rican rockers Davila 666 will be jamming with Atlanta garage punks Barreracudas and Miami’s The Jacuzzi Boys.

-Check out legendary rockers, The Queers tonight at Vinyl, who will be playing with Bomb the Music Industry (resentment much?)

-I’ll bet the Star Bar will win for the place with the best costumes tonight! While showing off your clever duds, be sure and check out The Booze, Biters, Howlies, Twin Tigers.

-Oh and there is always Metalsome Monday at the Ten High, where I guarantee there will be at least 10% more pleather than normal.
