Bus Trip From Atl to the Essence Music Festival 2018!

Well, well, well…it’s getting close to THAT time of year again! We are so excited to be returning to such an AMAZING event! There will be 100’s of thousands of us in the city of New Orleans all for the same purposes…to have fun, hear some great music, eat some fantastic food and create life long memories!

Of course, there are those that are big timers that have expensive hotels in walking distance to the SuperDome, have close, expensive floor seats for the performances and booked a first-class flight. WE believe in ballin’ on a budget! What we DON’T believe in is compromising safety, cleanliness and overall peace of mind for a few dollars! We won’t be staying in downtown New Orleans so we will be provided with transportation, collectively, EACH DAY to and from the hotel. Transportation will be from the hotel to the Convention Center, from the Convention Center to The SuperDome, from The SuperDome back to the hotel. Naturally, if you want to walk about and do your own thing outside of the set times, you’re free to do so, but know that you’ll be responsible for your own transportation.

We are offering you transportation AND lodging for the entire weekend for as low as $300 based on double occupancy! Many people, I’ve spoken with just want to enjoy the atmosphere and have no intentions of attending the festival itself, that’s perfectly fine.

Currently, we have single occupancy ($430), double occupancy with two beds ($300 p/p) and double occupancy with one bed ($290 p/p). Each room is a suite. We will all have a kitchenette, equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. We’re all going to have a good time and I’m sure cooking will NOT be on your mind BUT at least you have it as an option. There is also a grill/picnic area outside. You may have some scrumptious leftovers that you want to enjoy later. For those that will be doing a bit of work along with play, there is a business center and free WiFi. For those fitness gurus, there is fitness center too!
