Center Stage Celebrates 60 Years in 2026
2026 marks 60 years since the Center Stage building first opened in Atlanta as Theatre Atlanta in 1966. Over six decades, the Midtown venue has evolved into the three-room Center Stage complex that today includes Center Stage Theater, The Loft and Vinyl. While Vinyl joined the complex later, it is now part of a live-music destination with roots stretching back to 1966.
Throughout October 2026, Center Stage and Rival Entertainment are celebrating the milestone with ROCKTOBER, looking back at artists, performances and moments from the venue’s history.
