What’s Up Wednesday?

Seriously? I think the heavens are upset…what is with all these storms? I am proud of our city though for still getting out and supporting the music community. Here are some fun events for tonight.

-If you think you can brave the chance of rain again, then head over to Chastain Amp. where jazz singer/pianist, Diana Krall will be playing with Canadian sensation, Denzal Sinclaire.

-We LOVE the ATL Collective at Eddie’s Attic! Tonight’s show will feature SLEEPY TURTLES, along with JEREMY AGGERS AND FACTORY taking on The Zombies’ Odessey & Oracle.

Bloodshot Bill was banned from entering the States for 5 years (2006-2011) and made his first “comeback” show in America at the Norton Records 25th Anniversary Weekend, performing alongside such legendary acts as Andre Williams, The Sonics & The South Bay Surfers. See him at The Earl tonight.

-Atlanta’s favorite bluegrass, twang rockers, The Whiskey Gentry, will be at Smith’s Old Bar for 3 NIGHTS in JULY! Thursday the 12th- Friday the 13th- Saturday the 14th. Night one tonight!

-A fun little bunch of renegades will be taking over the Masquerade tonight. Head over to see Millionaires, Nathan Ryan, Aaron Jennings, Vonnegutt.

-Looking for some good music on the cheap? Over at The Drunken Unicorn, you can see Matt Owen & His Eclectic Tuba, Secondhand Jones, Bananafish.
