East Atlanta had a little bit of a tough time at the end of last year, but it's quite apparent that it hasn't made a dent in the music community. Both A3C Hip Hop Festival and Corndogorama have moved from their venues last year to East Atlanta for their 2009 festivals.
A3C will be held on October 1-3, instead of its usual March run, which usually clashed with SXSW, and will be held at various venues across East Atlanta Village instead of the CW Midtown Complex. The festival is also taking up the void that Atlantis has left since being canceled.
Corndogorama is moving from Lenny's to East Atlanta, and will be held on June 27-28. Details haven't been released for either festival, but we'll be sure to post any information here as it comes.
