AA will officially become Red Light Atlanta on Jan. 1, and Brusco confirms that they will be looking for new management clients.

With offices in New York, Los Angeles, Charlottesville, Nashville and Denver, Red Light Management has established itself as one of the largest and most innovative management companies in the world. The company’s capabilities extend well beyond traditional artist development, touring, and pre-recorded music sales, to a broad expertise in web interaction and commerce, festivals, licensing, and artist driven philanthropy. The company was founded in 1991 by Capshaw as he began managing Dave Matthews Band. RLM’s artists include Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Phish, Ben Harper, and Damian Marley. Capshaw was honored last month with the 2011 Humanitarian Award at the Billboard Touring Conference in New York for his expansive philanthropic endeavors.
