Everclear continues to tour actively, in conjunction with a series of past-release anniversary dates and the annual Summerland Tour. And while it’s a virtual surety that no Everclear gig is complete without a rendition of “Santa Monica” and “Father of Mine,” lately the band has found that exploring the full range of past material—especially the “deep cuts”—not only gives fans a rare treat, it also injects new life into the band’s live dynamic.

The Twotakes / All The Rest / Cardiac Half / VYB at Vinyl

Sunday, October 27th at 6:00pm

Event Link

Founded in late 2016 in Atlanta, GA, The Twotakes wasted no time releasing their self-made debut album and immediately jumping on the road to support it and spread the word. In the short amount of time since, the band has managed to tour across a large portion of the country, secure an ever-growing following in their region, play with a wide range of national acts, and release two new singles that will appear on the follow up album they are currently wrapping up. With 2019 already shaping up to be a productive year, The Twotakes are showing no signs of letting up any time soon.
While drawing inspiration from bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Queens of the Stone Age, The Killers, and Young The Giant, The Twotakes debut album “Submarine Races” provides a unique, alternative rock sound with hints of nostalgia wrapped in a freshness that can’t be ignored. Their new singles show them harnessing some of those themes, while coming into themselves even more and shedding some light on what is sure to be a powerful follow up. With singable hooks, and danceable grooves, The Twotakes aim to move you any way they can.
