Atlanta Film Festival Passes, Opening and Closing Ceremonies Tickets On Sale Now

The Atlanta Film Festival has announced it's dates and some tickets are now on sale. The festival itself will take place April 16-25, 2009 and we have festival passes, opening night gala tickets and closing night extravaganza tickets.

The festival passes available are the All Access Passes, Festival Passes, Opening Weekend Passes and Daytime Passes, not individual show tickets – those go on sale on March 16. Prices on the passes range depending on when bought (prices go up after March 31 and April 15)and whether or not you are an ATL365 Member (click here for more information on membership). We also have tickets for the Opening Night Gala on April 16, available here. The Gala will feature a screening of The People Speak, based on A People’s History of the United States and Voices of a People’s History of the United States, with readings and reenactments by Matt Damon, Josh Brolin, Marisa Tomei, Morgan Freeman, Danny Glover, Jasmine Guy, Viggo Mortensen, Bruce Springsteen and more.

Tickets are also available for the Closing Night Extravaganza on April 25, which you can get here. The night will feature a screening of Rudo y Cursi (Rudo and Cursi), a film about two brothers competing for a soccer contract in Mexico.
