Charli XCX’s persuasive lyricism, sweeping synths, and coy raps reflect her belief of the need to reboot British girl power. The long awaited debut album True Romance finds her vision fully realized, and tonight she brings this realization to Vinyl, with support from Kitten and Twin Idol.

Ha Ha Tonka w/ Samantha Crain @ The Earl

Sitting “at the crossroads of Americana and indie,” Missouri based Ha Ha Tonka combine folk and Americana influences in a way that never fails to get listeners’ feet tapping along with the music. The group’s relentless touring has seen them become one of the most buzzed about young bands in America, and they appear tonight with opening act Samantha Crain.

Imagine Cee Lo Green hanging out in Motown with The Allman Brothers, and you’ll have an idea of the soulful and passionate music that Billy Buchanan creates. With his clever grooves, contagious riffs, and soaring melodies, he plays songs off of his newest album, Fact, Fiction, & Other Contradictions.
