Take a bottle of wine and some cheese ‘n’ crackers down to Chastain and wile away the summer hours with a living legend.

Thursday, July 28 – Bon Iver at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre

Indie audiences the world over have been utterly charmed by Bon Iver’s latest release, and we’re sure tonight he’s going to have music fans swooning at his every note.

Friday, July 29 – Sealions at The EARL

It’s a triple threat of Georgia awesomeness, with the electro-indie coolness from Sealions, the warped pop morphings of Modern Skirts, and the delicate lyrical brilliance of Oryx and Crake.

Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30 –  Buckhead Theatre’s Anniversary Weekend

You should really celebrate the lovely Buckhead Theatre’s one year anniversary at some point this week. On Friday night, you’ll be treated to local legends Drivin N Cryin, with Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit supporting. And on Saturday, it’s an all-day local music festival, with some of our favorites like Little Tybee, The District Attorneys, The Julia Dream and more.

Saturday, July 30 – Get your punk ready with Death is a Dialogue w/ The Hollywood Kills, 1994, and Radio The Captain at Vinyl

Saturday, July 30- You’ve heard her music all over the place. Amy Stroup will be playing with Micah Dalton and The Well Reds at Eddie’s Attic for a night of live album recordings.

Saturday, July 30 – Big Shot at The Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater

Down in Peachtree City, the much-loved Billy Joel tribute act, Big Shot, will be playing all the hits of the Piano Man, while you watch the sun go down and embalm yourself in zinfandel.

Saturday, July 30 – Robin Thicke’s One Night Stand at Fox Theatre

The blue-eyed soul star will be coming to the gorgeous Fox with R&B star Kelly Rowland and new rapper Jeremih.

Sunday, July 31 – Further at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre

Jam band fanatics will definitely want to check out Further, which features Phil Lesh & Bob Weir, at Verizon this Sunday.
