Atlanta rock and metal fans have been all a flutter for the past week or so with rumors flying about this Scion Rock Fest. The latest is that you can get your free tickets at Criminal Records and Decatur CD, tickets are limited to two per customer, and you must be at least 18 to go to the gig.
