Young Jeezy – Seen It All: The Autobiography (Def Jam)

One of Atlanta’s hometown rapper’s, Young Jeezy, better known as Jeezy has released his seventh studio album, Seen It All: The Autobiography. Half Japanese – Overjoyed (Joyful Noise)

Formed in 1975, Half Japanese is a post-punk, experimental rock band that was started by two brothers after their family moved to Maryland. The Vines – Wicked Nature (Wicked Nature Music)

Australian alternative rock group, The Vines, have released their 6th album, Wicked Nature. This 2-disc album features a combination of sounds from singer Craig Nicholls, drummer Lachlan West, and bassist Tim John. “Metal Zone” (released on July 14) is the lead single from Wicked Nature.

Blonde Redhead – Barragán (4AD)

Alternative rock band, Blonde Redhead was formed by twin brothers Amedeo and Simone Pace along with Kazu Makino and Maki Takahashi in New York City in 1993. Barragán is the group’s ninth studio album, produced by Drew Brown. Blonde Redhead is known for their noise rock influences, but have also incorporated dream pop sounds into their music.

Homeboy Sandman – Hallways (Stones Throw Records)

Originally from Queens, NY, Homeboy Sandman rose to fame in 2007 with his first rap album, Nourishment (Second Helpings). Sandman released his second album today, Hallways. Hallways is about where you are currently in your life  and where you are headed in your future.
