The Hip Abduction brought a bill steeped in reggae, dub and psychedelic indie to Terminal West in Atlanta on October 22, 2026, with support from Sensamotion and Coyote Island. The St. Petersburg collective draws on West African music and early Jamaican reggae and dub—a broad palette with plenty of room beyond a single genre label. Coyote Island’s mix of folk roots, reggae rhythms and psychedelic indie made for a fitting addition to the bill.
